MITRAIS (Software Engineer Graduate Program)

Mitrais offers a two-month induction program and one-month on the job training for new graduates upon joining. This program is designed to help preparing new graduates in pursuing a career as professional software engineers, and to provide an opportunity to learn new technologies. The Software Engineer Graduate Program covers many topics including an introduction to SWEBOK (Software Engineering Body of Knowledge), Mitrais software development process, Object Oriented Programming, and latest technologies in Web, Java, and Microsoft. Mitrais also provides the graduates with opportunity to improve their English through the in-house English training program. After successfully completing this program, the graduates will be deployed to our software development projects so they can have the opportunity to apply various technologies, skills and knowledge directly for a real world exposures and experiences in the software industry. Since the inception of the Software Engineer Graduate Program in 2007, we have over 200 graduates.
