At my university that I had internship, I had a starting course in the first semester to get to know the university and students. In many courses I met a lot of students who interested in my culture, we had exchanged and shared how difference between our cultures. The people in the institute were very friendly and welcoming and within the first week I have already found several colleagues who showed me around the city. There were also several excursions organized and paid for by the University. On one of those excursions I and the IAESTE Indonesia staffs went to Dieng plateau, Indonesia. The place is a great place to visit. The people are very nice and especially the countryside is astonishingly beautiful.
